Your Opportunity

Scion is paving a path in student living and the Experience Team Member (ETM) plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience and building strong community partnerships. This position combines marketing, relationship building, administration, and customer service all in one. The role requires exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills along with a strong work ethic.

Your Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience & Sales: Prioritize customer interactions and provide property tours.
  • Provide feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management.
  • Execute sales and engagement initiatives as outlined by management.
  • Offer recommendations on local marketing opportunities and messaging.
  • Assist with social media and communication across various platforms.
  • Support planning and executing customer experience and engagement events.
  • Represent the community professionally at all times.

Property Administration

  • Demonstrate general community, market, and policy knowledge.
  • Log, file, and retrieve customer packages.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and maintaining the office and amenities.
  • Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain office organization and cleanliness; assist with after-hours lockout duties as required.

Operational Details

The job location is at the assigned property. Working hours consist of daytime business hours with after-hour on-call rotation.
