Job Summary

This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in ServiceNow. In this role, you will drive digital transformation initiatives, optimize business processes, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead analysis, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, HRSD, etc.).
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to transform business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and business units to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Create process flows, use cases, and system diagrams to support solution design.
  • Manage and track requirements through the project lifecycle ensuring traceability and quality assurance.
  • Support testing with test case creation, execution, and defect resolution.
  • Assist in vendor selection, RFP development, and evaluation of ServiceNow-related tools and integrations.
  • Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements using ServiceNow capabilities.

Education and Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Seven or more years of experience in business systems analysis, including three years with ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and scripting.
  • Experience with SaaS/PaaS platforms and cloud-based integrations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in non-profit or mission-driven organizations is an asset.

Compensation and Accommodations

The target hiring range for this position is $100,390.71 to $125,488.38 with a maximum of $150,586.06. Placement in the salary range will be based on market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications. The Salvation Army provides reasonable accommodations upon request.
