About The Role
The Administration Assistant is responsible for delivering high quality, customer-focused reception and administrative support. This position creates a welcoming first impression whether via phone or in person while supporting day-to-day office operations.
- Answer phones and perform basic data entry.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Assist the Manager in streamlining administrative processes.
- Maintain operations and security of record filing and software systems.
- Support meeting and event planning including catering arrangements.
- Handle inquiries with confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Perform other duties as directed.
About You
Candidates should have proven experience in administrative and/or reception roles and proficiency in IT applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
