About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our Chief People & Communications Officer (CPCO). The role involves high level executive support, communications, documentation and stakeholder engagement. You will work in a collaborative environment with a team of Executive Assistants.
About You
You thrive in dynamic environments, balancing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. You possess high level writing and communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset. Integrity and confidentiality are key in this fast-paced role.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support (50%): Manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes for board sub-committees.
- Administrative Support (25%): Assist the Director of People & Culture and Head of Communications with operational tasks.
- Communications Support (25%): Prepare and edit documents, manage stakeholder relationships, support major events, and update internal platforms.
- Handle confidential documentation and assist with finance and operations tasks including invoice management and event coordination.
