Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking experienced sales professionals for our variable operations sales team. Our award-winning software solutions and renowned support have made us a leader in the automotive industry.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant - Automotive Sales, you will:
- Promote Reynolds products to automotive dealership Sales and Finance & Insurance departments.
- Act as the subject matter expert on Contact Management, docuPAD, Integrated Document Management, Desking, and Callbright solutions.
- Collaborate with the local Account Manager to demo and close sales.
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, cold-calling, up-selling, and closing.
- Upsell current customers and develop strategies to improve client satisfaction.
Working Conditions
The role requires significant travel, including driving and occasional flights to customer sites in Canada, as well as company-paid trips to the United States for training. It also involves client visits, prolonged periods of standing, and light manual tasks.
Compensation and Benefits
Base pay ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 with a targeted total income of $110,000 to $120,000 including commission. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a pension plan with 100% company match (up to 6%), a company car available for business and personal use, remote work setup, professional development, paid vacation and sick days, and referral bonuses.
Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 60-70% and travel to the United States for training.
- Automotive industry experience such as Sales Associate, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or F&I Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Valid Canadian Driver’s License and excellent driving record.
