Job Description
As an Entry Level Help Desk Technician at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, you will be the first point of contact for dealership customers, responding to and diagnosing service issues. Your role involves leveraging resources across the organization to ensure complete resolution of customer problems, serving as a single point of ownership for each issue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Following established call center procedures.
- Thoroughly documenting customer issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the call-tracking tool.
- Accurately diagnosing customer issues and assigning them to the appropriate support teams.
- Ensuring the complete and satisfactory resolution of all reported issues.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking abilities.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
