About the Role

Join us in transforming how we plan and optimize our supply chain at ESN & More Nutrition. In this role as a Planning Excellence Analyst, you will turn data into tangible actions that keep production running smoothly and materials flowing efficiently.

Your Mission

  • Analyze and improve MPS and MRP processes using data-driven insights.
  • Develop predictive models to optimize material planning and detect supply risks early.
  • Design and maintain inventory optimization models for finished goods and raw materials.
  • Build dashboards and tools to monitor supply chain KPIs and highlight improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to align data with operations.
  • Automate routine planning activities and reporting using scripting and workflow tools.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning analysis, or data science.
  • Knowledge of MPS, MRP, material planning, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced), SQL, and Python or R.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with statistical forecasting, demand modeling, and inventory optimization techniques.
  • Experience with ERP or advanced planning tools (e.g., SAP, o9, Anaplan, Kinaxis).
