Job Summary
We are looking to hire an Entry Level Sales Business Development Representative responsible for making cold calls and setting targeted meetings within net new accounts on behalf of one of our client companies within the Med-Device industry.
Role and Training Program
This entry-level role is designed as a 9-15 month program for the Business Development Representative to also go through our Medical Sales Pathway program. This program fully trains reps on the industry and how to effectively navigate the hospital sales process. The program requires a commitment of a few hours per week outside of client working hours for modules and exams.
Upon achieving sales targets and completing the Medical Sales Pathway training, we provide job placement support to transition our Business Development Rep into a full selling Account Executive role with one of our Medical Device industry client partners.
Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to C-Suite level contacts.
- Set initial appointments within net new accounts.
- Operate in a fast-paced, high-energy selling environment.
- Deliver results and achieve sales targets.
