About the Role

The Premier League is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support its Media and Commercial teams. In this role, you will manage ticket inventory, trophy diary, and the complete process for signed merchandise distribution from Clubs to partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee management and distribution of broadcast partner tickets
  • Administer hospitality season ticket allocations and internal ballots
  • Manage trophy bookings and daily servicing requests
  • Support bespoke branding initiatives and budget planning
  • Lead end-to-end merchandise fulfilment ensuring contractual compliance
  • Coordinate with Clubs and commercial partners for merchandise and hospitality details
  • Maintain regular communication with the Premier League Partnerships team
