About the Role
In this role, you’ll share our award-winning personal enrichment programs with individuals globally — programs designed to support clarity, confidence, leadership, and personal evolution. You’ll connect with people through a proven, simple system, helping them discover resources that align with their goals and aspirations. This is a relationship-centered role, blending leadership, communication, and personal development — with full training and ongoing support provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Share and promote transformational personal development programs with individuals worldwide
- Utilize a simple, effective 3-step marketing system to connect with aligned clients
- Communicate the value of programs that support growth, purpose, and success
- Build authentic relationships with team members and clients
- Support and guide team members in aligning their personal and professional goals
- Work independently while being fully supported by a collaborative global team
- Manage your own marketing budget
- Facilitate orientations for new team members
- Engage daily in your own mindset and personal growth practices - we truly walk the talk
