Overview
The North Face, part of VF Corporation, is seeking an Executive and Product Team Support professional to enable global product leadership through effective executive support and operations management.
Executive & Administrative Leadership Support
Provide high-level executive support to multiple VP-level leaders within the Global Product organization. Manage complex, high-volume calendars across global time zones, coordinate meetings (including agenda preparation, pre-reads, note-taking, and follow-up), manage expense reporting, and arrange both domestic and international travel logistics.
Global Product Operations & Organizational Support
Support onboarding and offboarding across the global product organization. Maintain key organizational resources and manage office logistics including supplies, space coordination, and workspace optimization. Own key Product and Innovation spaces and partner with Workplace and Facilities teams on various logistical needs.
Global Communication & Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as liaison between Product leadership and cross-functional partners. Proactively coordinate meetings, draft and distribute team-wide communications, and support the flow of information across global teams.
GTM & Strategic Milestone Support
Provide operational support for key Go-To-Market milestones such as ISR, FSR, CKO, and SKO. Track deliverables and support leadership initiatives and reviews.
Event Planning & Team Engagement
Plan and execute team events, offsites, and leadership meetings including managing all aspects of event logistics to support team engagement.
Broader Leadership Enablement
Serve as a point of contact for teams, anticipate leadership needs, and streamline processes to enhance efficiency.
