About the Role
The Senior Analyst, Workday Security is part of the Workday Security Team and collaborates with HR, Finance, and Technology partners to translate security requirements into actionable configurations. The role focuses on role-based workflow security, domain and security group definitions, and developing Workday reports.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Technology for Workday projects and upgrades.
- End-to-end security support for Workday HCM, Finance, Adaptive, and Prism.
- Define and maintain security groups, domains, and business process policies.
- Analyze, audit security policies, and recommend configuration improvements.
- Perform tenant management, version releases, and regression testing.
- Document solutions and train team members for operational support.
- Provide exceptional customer service and timely support across units.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of Workday Security experience with progressive responsibilities.
- Experience with Workday Finance and HCM is required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in computer science or management information systems.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulations such as Sarbox, GDPR, and PCI is essential.
Additional Information
