  • Perform diverse administrative responsibilities including preparing reports and presentations, coordinating vacation schedules, managing listservs, booking desks, and accurately preparing, tracking, and submitting expenses, invoices, and contracts.
  • Demonstrate unwavering support for journalistic independence and a profound commitment to the mission of seeking truth and fostering understanding.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the tech industry, providing support to a C-level executive.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and adapt to varying working styles to effectively support executives and teams.
  • 3+ years of proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Workday, and similar productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a partnership or relationship-driven role, interacting with diverse individuals and teams both internally and externally.
  • Familiarity with working within a publicly traded environment, including understanding quarterly business rhythms such as earnings calls and quiet periods.
  • Proven ability to navigate and adapt to sudden changes with agility and composure.
  • Experience in effectively interacting and communicating with all levels of management and staff.
