Overview
The Neil Jones Food Company, an industry leader in processing vine-ripened California tomatoes and Pacific Northwest fruit, is seeking a National Sales Manager - Industrial Fruit Ingredients. This role is based in Vancouver, WA at the corporate headquarters and focuses on managing all aspects of sales within the industrial fruit ingredients category.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate inventory control for industrial fruit ingredients.
- Partner with plant operations to meet quality and customer specifications.
- Maintain effective internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with sales teams to share insights and leverage relationships.
- Develop forecasts and budgets for the category.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Food Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of related experience in industrial food product sales.
- Strong knowledge of industrial juice sales and national logistics.
- Ability to travel 30-40% across the U.S. and Canada, with a valid driver’s license.
- Subject to pre-employment screenings including drug tests, background checks, and credit screens.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range is $175,000 to $185,000 plus performance incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) match, company-paid insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and free parking near downtown Vancouver.
