Overview
The National Football League is seeking a Coordinator, Media Strategy & Business Development to support our NFL Media Strategy & Business Development department. This role focuses on managing existing NFL media partnerships, ensuring compliance, driving revenue, and engaging fans.
Group Overview
The NFL Media Strategy & Business Development group is responsible for the strategy, distribution, and licensing of NFL content across all media platforms. The team drives business growth, reaching new audiences and creating long-term strategic value for the 32 member clubs through market analysis, new business development, deal negotiation, and go-to-market process management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day activity with existing partners to ensure compliance and success.
 - Support NFL social partnerships on platforms like X, YouTube, Snapchat, Meta, and more.
 - Assist with strategic projects to grow NFL owned and operated assets.
 - Coordinate event operations and partner activations at NFL tentpole events.
 - Manage creative approval processes for media partner campaigns.
 - Assist in managing departmental budgets and tracking industry news.
 - Build strong work relationships with external partners and internal teams.
 
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
 - 1 to 3 years business experience in a fast-paced, strategic environment.
 - Deep interest in digital & social media, streaming audio, video, and social platforms.
 - Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
 - Strong attention to detail and effective multitasking in a demanding setting.
 
Preferred Qualifications & Attributes
- Experience in financial analysis and modeling.
 - Experience with managing large-scale partnerships (internship experience acceptable).
 - Enthusiasm for team culture, efficient processes, and professional development.
 
Additional Information
This full-time role is based in the New York office, requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, and occasional travel (5%-10%). No relocation assistance is provided.
