About the Role
The Marketing Project Manager Money Management at The Motley Fool supports the Money Management Marketing Team, partnering with various business lines to drive innovative, compliant, high-quality marketing projects. This role is essential in tracking, managing, and ensuring smooth project execution while collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and other key teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Track and manage projects from initiation to completion using Jira.
- Compliance Coordination: Submit materials to Legal and Compliance via Red Oak and manage feedback.
- Distributor Reviews: Facilitate submissions and coordinate revisions with Distributor feedback.
- Communication: Act as the primary contact to ensure clear team collaboration.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records and generate status reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in project management.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience in a marketing or creative environment, be proficient in Jira, and have excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Familiarity with compliance tools like Red Oak is a plus.
Work Arrangement & Compensation
This is a part-time contract role (20-25 hours per week) with an hourly pay range of $70 to $85 USD. Compensation is competitive for the right candidate.
