Our Customer, founded in 1982, is a multinational professional services network with offices in over 150 countries. With a team of more than 100,000 professionals, they offer audit, tax, consulting, and risk advisory services to major corporations and governmental agencies.
Role Overview
The Senior UX/UI Designer is a contract role (100% remote) leading end-to-end product design for GenAI-powered experiences. The role involves translating complex model capabilities into simple, trusted workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UX from discovery through iteration.
- Translate product strategy into clear user journeys and interactions.
- Design AI-specific experiences including prompts, outputs, and error handling.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using a scalable design system.
- Lead user research, including usability and diary studies.
- Define and track UX success metrics.
- Collaborate with ML and engineering teams on model constraints.
- Ensure accessibility and enterprise requirements are met.
- Contribute to the design system and UX writing for AI experiences.
- Manage and mentor UX designers through critiques and coaching.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-10+ years in UX or product design with proven digital product delivery.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design impact.
- Experience designing complex, data-driven or AI-powered experiences.
- Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams.
- Experience with enterprise or AI-enabled products and design systems.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and compliance requirements.
