Overview
The Mom Project is seeking a highly motivated People Operations Analyst on a contract basis to support an American financial services and digital payments company based in San Francisco, California. This role is 100% remote and is focused on executing, validating, and analyzing HR and employee data transactions.
Responsibilities
- Execute and validate mass changes using EIBs for timely employee data updates.
- Maintain and schedule custom Workday reports.
- Serve as first point of contact for HRIS inquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Act as a Workday subject-matter expert throughout business process execution.
- Leverage Workday architecture knowledge to optimize process efficiency and maintain data integrity.
- Analyze trends and propose scalable solutions for People data challenges.
- Train and upskill team members on reporting and mass data loads.
- Document and organize operational processes.
- Collaborate with global People Operations teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills And Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience including EIBs and business process transactions.
- 3+ years in People Operations, HRIS, or HR systems roles focusing on process execution and optimization.
- Proficiency in collaboration technologies like G Suite and Slack.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience working across global teams and time zones.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Strong ethics in handling confidential information.
