Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support ongoing marketing initiatives, lead generation efforts, CRM management, and content execution. This contractor will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our HubSpot CRM environment while helping execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, has strong HubSpot CRM experience, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot CRM Administration & Marketing Automation
  • Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM data integrity.
  • Build and optimize workflows, automation sequences, lead nurturing campaigns, and email marketing programs.
  • Create and manage lead scoring models.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting metrics.
  • Manage contact segmentation and database hygiene.
  • Support CRM integrations and troubleshoot marketing automation issues.
Marketing Campaign Execution
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Assist with content promotion across digital channels.

  • 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot CRM experience.
