About the Role

The Mom Project is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This is a 100% remote role with core collaboration hours from 10 AM to 2 PM PST.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards with forward-thinking visualizations.
• Innovate dashboard design aligned with best practices in data visualization.
• Work with Databricks and other platforms to extract and integrate diverse datasets.
• Collaborate with team members to onboard new data sources and maintain data architecture standards.
• Create report specifications and produce datasets for analysis and reporting.
• Streamline workflows and manage deliverables for key projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor providing strategic, data-driven recommendations.
• Construct forecasts, recommendations, and tactical plans based on data insights.
• Build self-service dashboards in Tableau covering the employee lifecycle.
• Handle cyclical reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and create compelling data narratives.

Skills And Qualifications

Candidates must have strong proficiency in Tableau (or similar tools), SQL, and experience with business intelligence, data storytelling, and HR/employee lifecycle data analysis. Familiarity with large high-volume datasets and experience in tech or healthcare environments is preferred.
