About the Role

The Mom Project is seeking a Business Analyst on a contract basis to support business needs for a technology company that connects people with local businesses across the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Germany. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize vendor order frequencies for MOQ compliance and route planning.
• Develop and maintain inbound labor forecasting models to align staffing with shipment volumes.
• Support holiday and event-based ordering strategies to ensure proper product availability.
• Identify and implement process and data improvement opportunities in supply chain workflows.
• Build, enhance, and maintain SQL- and Excel-based tools, dashboards, and reports.

Skills And Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in analytics, forecasting, or supply chain operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while communicating insights to varied stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
