Job Description

Client Support & Solutions Specialist

This is a remote client relations role in the life insurance industry. You’ll speak with families who requested information, explain coverage options, and help them choose the right protection. Full training and licensing are provided. The culture here is next level: accountability, growth, and fun.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and consult with clients (warm leads only – no cold calling)
  • Educate families on life insurance and financial protection options
  • Customize coverage solutions based on client needs and budget

The Compensation

The average sale on a beginning contract pays between $600 - $800. Agents are able to earn a 5% raise every 2-3 months. There are no quotas. *Compensation is 100% commission-based and varies by performance. These ranges reflect averages for active agents.
