About The Role
This role is designed for an experienced Brand Manager who will act as the central anchor for a global mobile brand’s presence in India. Operating primarily from our brand office in Gurugram, you will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) between the brand and our agency partners. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative setup and takes full ownership of end-to-end brand delivery within the fast-paced Indian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Custodianship: Act as the primary brand custodian in India, ensuring all initiatives align with global guidelines while effectively adapting strategies to meet local market needs.
- Agency & Liaison Management: Serve as the primary liaison (SPoC) between the brand office and agency partners, driving absolute clarity in communication, creative briefs, and final deliverables.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Plan and execute comprehensive, end-to-end GTM strategies specifically for smartphone or mobile app launches.
- Integrated Marketing Leadership: Lead high-impact campaigns across multiple channels, including ATL, BTL, digital, retail, college activations, and influencer networks.
- Execution & Implementation: Work hands-on with internal stakeholders and agencies to develop and implement marketing solutions and promotional calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Omnichannel Management: Drive both online initiatives (digital, performance, social, e-commerce) and offline efforts (retail, events, POSM).
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze Indian market trends, and optimize brand strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and global teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
