Overview

The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is seeking a CETEx Executive Assistant for the Global School of Sustainability's new Centre for Economic Transition Expertise (CETEx). This is a two-year appointment, with the potential for extension depending on future funding, and offers a competitive salary package with the possibility to progress to a higher salary.

Role Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will provide seamless, high-level support to the Executive Director and the two Directors of CETEx. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating meetings and managing complex scheduling
  • Providing administrative support for senior stakeholders
  • Facilitating logistics and stakeholder liaison
  • Ensuring effective operational and committee servicing
  • Interpreting and applying institutional policies
