About the Role
Join the LEGO Group as a Senior Digital Product Designer - Partner & Markets and play a key role in the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) team. In this role, you will explore user needs, facilitate journey mapping, mock up ideas, and develop user-friendly UI builds.
Core Responsibilities
- Collect and embed user insights in decision-making.
- Craft visually appealing and consistent UI builds.
- Plan and facilitate user research and journey mapping.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to prioritize roadmap items.
- Craft compelling stories to align teams around a shared vision.
Team & Environment
Be part of the vibrant TPM team and the larger Partner & Markets area, working in an agile environment on LEGO Group B2B sales activities. Enjoy creative collaboration with a dynamic UX community and work within a flexible, inspiring campus environment in Billund.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or related fields.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Miro.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design and agile methodologies.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Advanced English communication skills and an online portfolio.
