Overview
The LEGO Group is looking for an Investigations Lawyer who can cut through complexity and think strategically. In this role, you will manage internal investigations and provide clear, strategic legal advice on sensitive issues.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and manage internal investigations into misconduct and regulatory breaches.
- Gather, review, and analyze evidence including documents, data, and witness interviews.
- Provide clear legal advice on complex issues and draft investigation reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and remedial actions.
- Develop policies, training, and procedures to promote integrity and compliance.
- Monitor legal developments and support crisis response when needed.
Team and Culture
This role sits within the Investigations function of the Corporate Compliance team, a center of excellence within Legal, Compliance and Risk Management. You will work with senior stakeholders and play a trusted role in protecting the brand.
Requirements
- Law degree with minimum 5 years PQE.
- Proven experience in managing full-cycle investigations, including personnel matters.
- Track record of drafting policies and guidance documents.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in teams.
