Job Overview

At the LEGO Group, great digital experiences start with clear structure. As an Information Architect, you’ll help shape how products are organized, discovered, and experienced by millions of customers worldwide, directly influencing usability, conversion, and shopper satisfaction.

Team & Collaboration

You will join the Shopper Product team within LEGO Retail, collaborating with product managers, engineers, designers, and analysts across eCommerce, marketing, content, loyalty, and product management.

Work Arrangement

This role offers a hybrid working model called Best of Both with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Note: There is no relocation or visa support and Day-Rate contracts are not considered.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve information architecture on LEGO.com including navigation, category structures, and page hierarchies.
  • Lead information discovery and validation through card sorting, tree testing, and usability testing.
  • Define and recommend taxonomies, metadata, and content models for search, filtering, personalization, SEO and localisation.
  • Create comprehensive IA documentation to support design, development, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and user requirements into technical information models.
  • Present ideas and updates to senior stakeholders with clarity and influence.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Information Management and designing IA for complex digital products.
  • Strong knowledge in taxonomy design, navigation systems, content modelling and metadata strategy.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting user research and validation activities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
