Core Responsibilities
The Creative Specialist, Copywriter is a senior creative role within Our LEGO Agency (OLA), reporting to the VP, Head of Global Creative. This role focuses on driving creative excellence and business impact through various initiatives.
- Drive creative excellence and business impact by concepting, writing, and producing work for global creative platforms, partnerships, and innovation campaigns for the LEGO® Brand.
- Contribute strategic thinking and excellent writing/crafting skills to the creative output of the LEGO® Brand.
- Stay familiar with and actively seek modern and innovative creative solutions.
- Demonstrate deep understanding and familiarity with modern advertising, digital, and social marketing practices.
- Collaborate with the Global VP, Head of Creative in producing and deploying 360-degree communication across the globe.
- Engage with stakeholders across the LEGO® Group to implement and evolve work.
Playing Your Part in Success
Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is dedicated to delivering best-in-class, insight-driven, and fit-for-purpose campaigns across the LEGO Group. This global development is primarily driven from Billund, Denmark, with main hubs including Boston, where this Creative Specialist, Copywriter position will be located within the AMS Hub.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- Extensive experience with an integrated portfolio and relevant case studies for Global Brands.
- Background in advertising, with experience at advertising agencies or other creative companies.
- Capacity to concept and execute big ideas, with a track record of influential creative work and solutions.
- Excellent writing skills for advertising across different media (from film to social) and a portfolio showcasing influential creative work.
- Ability to be self-sustaining in concepting and writing advertising executions, taking projects from brief to production.
- Ability to present effectively to senior stakeholders, demonstrating great communication and presentation skills.
Additional Details & Compensation
This is a Manager-level hybrid role based at 1001 Boylston St in Boston, MA, requiring an average of 3 days per week in the office. No relocation assistance is provided. The salary range for this position is $107,885.00 - $161,827.00, reflecting anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group considers various compensation factors including experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Comprehensive remuneration details will be shared upon employment offer finalization.
