Overview

The Lede Company is a global full-service strategy, communications and social impact consulting firm, specializing in corporate, entertainment, brand, and nonprofit sectors. We are seeking an Assistant to join our Brand team in our London, UK office. The candidate will oversee a comprehensive client roster including fashion, luxury lifestyle, hospitality, and consumer products. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, staying organized and positive under pressure.

Roles & Responsibilities

Brand & Client Support:

  • Support client projects from the ideation phase to execution and reporting.
  • Assist in drafting press releases, pitches, and media materials.
  • Collaborate with internal and client partner teams.
  • Contribute to monthly, project, or event reporting and recaps.
  • Conduct business and market research for strategic recommendations.

Event & Activation Support:

  • Support onsite events, coordinating logistics throughout programming.
  • Assist with retail promotions and brand activations.
  • Manage and organize product samples for client and media use.

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Perform general office administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling, and booking travel.
  • Create client-ready presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Provide personal support to executives or senior team members.
  • Handle additional administrative and marketing duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:

  • Availability for evening and weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, Marketing, or equivalent experience is required. Entry level or 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. Candidates must have exceptional interpersonal, networking, verbal, and written communications skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive, impeccable attention to detail, a deep understanding of pop-culture, the ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure environment, proficiency in social media and digital marketing, and a resourceful and initiative-taking nature.
