  • Establish an integrated program office across and operating model/structure for a single, unified program (single roadmap, planning)
  • Own day-to-day client leadership, governance and delivery health across workstreams
  • Redefine roles, decision rights, escalation paths, and governance forums for one integrated program
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans that weave together individual project roadmaps, release schedules, and strategic milestones
  • Establish "single source of truth" artifacts including: Integrated program plan, Integrated RAID/decision log, Integrated reporting and dashboards
  • Drive alignment and coordination across previously siloed teams and workstream
  • Manage end-to-end execution across all workstreams including business readiness workstreams
