About The Ladder Method
The Ladder Method is a private executive functioning and academic coaching company dedicated to helping students build confidence, structure, and lifelong learning skills. We work one-on-one with students to provide individualized support that leads to meaningful, lasting growth. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized Social Media Intern to help elevate and expand our marketing efforts. This is a part-time position.Responsibilities
- Help draft and schedule email newsletters and marketing campaigns (Mailchimp)
- Help create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
- Assist with website updates and support SEO optimization (Squarespace)
- Track and analyze engagement metrics
- Maintain digital assets, content libraries, and marketing calendars
- Provide general marketing and administrative support to the CEO and Marketing Coordinator
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, digital communications, or a related field
- Experience creating social media content
- Proven ability to take initiative and work independently
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and social media tools
- Familiarity with basic SEO practices
- Strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Bonus: experience with Canva, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms
