Senior Product Manager at The Lab Ventures
The Lab Ventures, a company in the energy sector, is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager with over 7 years of experience in digital products and a strong technical background. This role requires someone capable of connecting product vision, technical architecture, and business strategy effectively. The successful candidate will be key in leading complex decisions, collaborating deeply with engineering, and ensuring scalable, robust, and impactful products.
What will be your mission?
- Lead the technical and functional product vision, aligning it with business strategy.
- Act as the product reference for engineering, actively participating in architectural decisions, technical trade-offs, and solution definitions.
- Translate business objectives into clear, prioritized, and well-defined technical and functional requirements.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle: discovery, technical definition, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Define and maintain a technical-functional roadmap, balancing technical debt, scalability, and new functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and development teams to ensure viability, quality, and execution.
- Analyze complex scenarios and make decisions based on technical impact, cost, and business value.
- Drive and evolve agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, dual-track agile, continuous discovery).
- Define, measure, and analyze technical and product KPIs (performance, reliability, adoption, time-to-market).
- Communicate technical risks, dependencies, and decisions to senior stakeholders clearly and transparently.
What are we looking for?
- +7 years of experience as a Product Manager in digital products or technology platforms.
- Extensive experience working closely with engineering teams and senior technical profiles.
- Solid technical knowledge: APIs, integrations, distributed systems, architecture, scalability, and technical debt.
- Ability to debate technical solutions and make informed decisions without needing to program.
- Experience managing complex products, platforms, or B2B/data-driven products (highly valued).
- Analytical, structured mindset, oriented towards technical and business optimization.
- High capacity for leadership, influence, and communication with both technical and non-technical profiles.
- Comfort in ambiguous environments with high technical complexity.
