Overview

The Judge Group is seeking a Remote Clinical Consultant who is an experienced RN ready to transition into healthcare technology. This role blends clinical expertise with data analysis to improve care coordination, quality metrics, and medical cost savings.

Job Details

  • 6+ Month Contract with weekly pay and W2 benefits available
  • Training Start Date: December 1 (8 weeks, excluding Christmas & New Year weeks)
  • Hours Options: 5x8, 4x10, or 3x12 (36 hours total per week)
  • Compensation: $35.00 per hour
  • Remote position

Key Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive patient medical records by consolidating multi-source data
  • Apply clinical judgment to reconcile conflicting information
  • Build strong relationships with providers and staff
  • Train and support providers on Vatica’s technology and processes
  • Follow up with providers ensuring timely task completion
  • Share best practices and clinical insights with fellow consultants

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum 2–3 years recent ICU, ER, or ED bedside experience
  • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation
  • Familiarity with diagnosis, billing, and quality measures coding (a plus)
  • Technologically savvy and comfortable with software tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • 95% accuracy standard required
