Legal Services Sales Consultant

Role Overview

Serve as a high-performing sales professional converting inbound leads into signed clients. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, qualifying prospects, and using persuasive communication to secure client commitments.

What You’ll Do

  • Adhere to SC Rules of Professional Conduct.
  • Manage inbound/outbound communications in-person, via phone, and email.
  • Convert qualified leads into signed clients using persuasive techniques.
  • Evaluate cases and position the firm’s value to prospective clients.
  • Drive urgent onboarding and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups until resolution.
  • Accurately secure fees and input client data into Litify.
  • Attend mandatory morning and monthly meetings.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Bilingual is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, inbound or outbound.
  • Legal industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is advantageous.
