About the Job Role

As a Human Resources Intern, you will work with the HR team gaining hands-on experience while learning to use and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will take full ownership of your work, have decision-making freedom, and learn from both successes and mistakes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find and onboard new hires through screening, interviewing, and social media outreach.
  • Handle employee relations, benefits, and ensure HR policy compliance.
  • Create and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Assist managers with employee concerns and HR-related queries.
  • Maintain employee records and report HR metrics.
  • Create engaging content for TIF Careers on social platforms.

Skills and Traits

Strong communication skills, a basic understanding of psychology, independent work capability, and a team spirit. A love for Pizza and Chai (or Coffee) is a plus!

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in B. Tech, HR, Psychology or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience and a strong will to grow in the field.
  • Good people skills and excellent verbal and written communication.

Internship Details

Duration: 2 months. Earnings: Up to β‚Ή7,000/month stipend with PPO opportunity, mentorship, and live project experience.
