Data & Insights Analyst - Luxury Brand
Great opportunity to join a successful and growing branding and production agency whose main clients are all things luxury! This role suits someone curious, inquisitive, and collaborative. You will be client facing and build strong relationships.
You will utilize consumer research, data analysis, social media and market research to spot trends and support the strategy team in new projects and campaigns to drive customer engagement. The role offers the freedom to deep dive into brand research and encourages creative, out-of-the-box thinking. Rigid mindsets will not flourish in this environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative research and work with third parties.
- Create surveys and conduct research to test and formalize results.
- Interpret raw data and provide storytelling insights and context.
- Utilize social and digital data to support live projects.
- Ensure accuracy in research results at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Inquisitive with ability to transform insights into storytelling.
- Curious about AI and experienced with AI tools in analytics.
- Experience in survey design and quantitative methodologies.
- Prior work with luxury brands is ideal.
- Knowledge of social listening tools and website analytics.
- French language skills and familiarity with consumer research tools like GWI are beneficial.
Additional Information
The role offers up to £45k plus bonus and includes spending 4 days in the London office. The Industry Club is committed to diversity and welcomes applications from all backgrounds.
