The Job Role
The Senior Technical Manager, Systems Assurance 3 Year Contract will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define test plans for all systems assurance testing activities.
- Oversee test project management including managing test environments, resource allocations, and stakeholder engagement across various projects.
- Develop and maintain a high-performance test team to meet project demands.
- Drive the adoption of test automation to enhance manual testing processes.
- Continuously review and improve testing approaches, methodologies, and test case effectiveness and efficiency.
About You
Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Agile certifications are preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in software/system testing, including 5 years in management roles, is required. Proven experience with large-scale, complex systems, test management, defect management tools, and team leadership is essential.
