Overview
The Hong Kong Jockey Club's Cyber Security Department seeks a Deputy Executive Manager Business Information Security Office to enhance the resiliency of the Club's information systems and network infrastructure. The role involves managing cyber risks, ensuring regulatory conformance, and promoting cyber awareness within business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Cyber Risk Management
- Identify, assess, and communicate cyber risks using the Club’s framework.
- Establish and manage a cyber risk profile with defined treatment plans.
- Represent the Cyber Security Department in non-financial risk committees.
- Advise business functions on updates to cybersecurity policies and standards.
Business-Cyber Security Alignment
- Embed cybersecurity into business strategies and daily operations.
- Ensure policies and standards meet business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Raise cyber risk awareness using training programs.
- Advocate for Agile InfoSec practices through a risk-based approach.
- Liaise between Cyber Security and Business stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
- Act as a trusted cyber advisor to Business & IT teams.
- Translate complex security concepts into actionable guidance.
- Provide updates during cybersecurity incidents on business impacts.
- Develop concise updates tailored for non-financial risk committees.
About You
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred) and have over 10 years' experience in cyber risk management, governance or related fields. Exceptional communication skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and expertise in GRC tools are essential.
