About The Hong Kong Jockey Club

Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club (the Club) is a world-class racing club that continuously acts for the betterment of society. The Club integrates racing, racecourse entertainment, membership, sports wagering, lottery, and community contribution to generate economic and social value.

Division Overview

The Sports Business Division manages the sports business portfolio with a focus on commercial growth across horse racing, football, lottery, and emerging sports. It drives strategic marketing, oversees Racecourse Masterplan development, and manages sports wagering to enhance revenue and profitability.

The Job: Customer Account Administration Specialist

This role involves both customer systems support and operational management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Systems Support: Identify, evaluate and design CRM system enhancements for improved account administration processes.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Systems team for CRM project deployment and system fine-tuning.
  • Coordinate BAA related CRM user acceptance testing (UAT) and deliver training.

Operational management duties include:

  • Providing admin services for customers' betting accounts.
  • Processing service requests accurately following SOPs.
  • Enforcing account control measures to ensure compliance with internal policies, SDA, and legislative requirements.
  • Participating in project development, reviewing system implementations, and maintaining standard operating procedures.
  • Supporting Responsible Gambling Policy compliance and legal wagering requirements.
  • Handling additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in customer service or customer systems support.
  • Knowledge of wagering or CRM system implementations is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with solid business acumen.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to network across colleagues and business partners.
  • Proficiency in common operational tools such as CRM systems, MS Office, recording systems, and cloud services is a plus.
