Job Summary

The Administration Officer is responsible for providing administrative support across various departments. This role ensures smooth operations by coordinating communications, managing logistics, and delivering professional secretarial assistance in accordance with The Hong Kong Jockey Club's policies and standards.

The Job

You will:

  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, emailing, and telephone support.
  • Maintain efficient filing systems for physical and electronic records.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence promptly.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Assist with procurement by maintaining records of invoices, contracts, and purchasing documentation.
  • Provide logistical support for events and projects, including travel arrangements.
  • Foster collaborative relationships across departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the Manager.

About You

You should have tertiary education or a higher diploma in Business Administration or a related field, alongside 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in administrative support, preferably within sizable organizations.

Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
