Job Summary

The Administration Assistant at The Hong Kong Jockey Club provides administrative support across various departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in accordance with the Club's policies and standards.

Major Tasks

  • Perform clerical duties (typing, filing, copying, emailing, phone support).
  • Set up and maintain an efficient physical and electronic filing system.
  • Handle and prioritize all correspondence with prompt, courteous responses.
  • Coordinate meetings including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Assist in procurement processes, record maintenance, and invoice handling.
  • Provide logistical support for events, projects, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships across departments for smooth operations.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

Educational requirement: Tertiary education or higher diploma in Business Administration or related field.

Experience: 2 to 5 years in administrative support, preferably in sizable organizations.

Terms of Employment

Pay-rate: HKD 86.5 per hour.
