Job Description
Job Title: Administration Assistant, Mail Room
The Property Department at The Hong Kong Jockey Club is dedicated to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable, and cost-effective asset management, development management, project management, and facilities management services to the Club's essential Business Units.
The Job
As an Administration Assistant, Mail Room, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering and collecting internal and external documents.
- Handling goods delivery and collection.
- Performing packing, labelling, and clerical duties.
- Providing other administrative supports as instructed by your Supervisor.
About You
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Completed Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) or equivalent, preferably in Property Management or Facilities Management.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in MS applications.
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Availability to work 2 days per week (Mon - Fri) from 9am – 6pm.
Pay Rate
HK$86.5 per hour.
Location
Happy Valley (The Hong Kong Jockey Club Headquarters).
