Job Summary

The Administration Assistant Mail Room is responsible for providing administrative support across various departments at The Hong Kong Jockey Club. The role involves coordinating communication, managing logistics, and delivering professional secretarial assistance in line with the Club's policies and standards.

Major Tasks

  • Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, copying, emailing, and handling telephone messages.
  • Set up and maintain efficient filing systems for physical and electronic records.
  • Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondence promptly.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Assist with procurement processes and maintain related records.
  • Provide logistical support for events and projects, including travel arrangements.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships across departments.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

Education & Experience

Tertiary education or a higher diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline is required, along with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in administrative support or a similar role.
