About the Cybersecurity Manager - PKI Role

This role is a key leadership position within The Home Depot's Cybersecurity organization. You will manage the PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) team focused on delivering scalable certificate automation solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and analysts for certificate lifecycle automation.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure, application, and security teams.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Support team development through coaching, performance management, and career growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in people management and technical team leadership, familiarity with PKI concepts, certificate management platforms, and cybersecurity principles. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to balance technical oversight with strategic leadership.

Additional Information

  • Reports to Sr. Manager or Director.
  • Manages 6-10 direct reports.
  • No travel required.
  • Primarily indoor work with minimal physical demands.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of leadership experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum Work Experience: 8 years.
