Cybersecurity Analyst II

Position Purpose

The Cybersecurity Analyst II will support the Secure Solutions Enablement Delivery Management team during a transformation of our internal collaboration model at The Home Depot. The role requires a curious, action-oriented self-starter with strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills. The Analyst II partners with Delivery Management team members and Cybersecurity Advisors to gather data, ensure process adherence, and summarize information clearly to drive program results.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis (30%): Data gathering, synthesis and solution development using department standards. Monitor incoming service requests in Jira and Jira Align, review them against our Definition of Ready criteria, and identify data gaps and process friction points.

Collaboration (30%): Build relationships across teams, organize dependency sync meetings, capture and follow up on action items, and communicate clearly to mediate priorities.

Drive Execution (40%): Manage dependency tracking tools to maintain data hygiene, proactively chase updates from team leads, and independently resolve stalled processes.

Additional Information

This position reports to a Manager or Sr. Manager and involves minimal travel (less than 10% overnight). It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 2+ years of relevant experience. Physical demands are minimal as the role is primarily office based.
