Position Purpose
The Home Depot is seeking an Analyst - Stock Administration to arrange and administer supporting documentation related to grants, exercises, and cancellations of the HD stock option program. This role assists in re-engineering Stock Administration business processes and integrates new initiatives to support business directives. The role also leads the administration of Employee Stock Purchase Plans including communication coordination, materials distribution, allocation, and reporting of plan distributions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage various projects from development and documentation to implementation.
- Leverage trend data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Benefits Administrator and vendors on escalated issues.
- Oversee auditing, reconciliation reporting, and discrepancy resolution.
- Compile and analyze data for management reporting and presentations.
Additional Duties
The role includes handling phone calls from associates and external customers, resolving complex issues, and providing special reporting and support for projects as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Preferred qualifications include strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), advanced project management, analytical skills, creative problem solving, and excellent communication skills. A bachelor degree or equivalent is a plus.

Travel, Physical and Working Conditions
This role requires less than 10% overnight travel. Work is primarily performed in a comfortable indoor office setting with occasional light lifting.
