Role Summary

Reporting to the COO, the Director of Quality - Marine Manufacturing is responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust quality culture, particularly in manufacturing operations. This role involves developing, implementing, and leading the company’s strategic quality plan and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy strategic plans from concept to execution.
  • Develop and implement a quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage quality systems including Quality Management System (QMS) and audits.
  • Analyze operational data and implement Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Lead a team of QA professionals across all Hinckley boatyards.
  • Mentor staff and develop future leaders.
  • Design dashboards and generate reports to track KPIs.
