Overview

The Hershey Company is seeking a Part-Time Bartender for Hershey’s Chocolate World in Hershey, PA. Nearly four million guests visit each year to enjoy attractions, dining, and shopping, making this a dynamic and engaging environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous service in the bar area.
  • Prepare beverages and garnishments to meet guest expectations.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of workstations and equipment.
  • Engage with guests and make beverage recommendations.
  • Complete daily temperature logs and food safety tasks.
  • Assist with cashiering and restocking when needed.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old. Experience in high volume restaurant or hospitality settings with alcohol service is required. Pennsylvania RAMP server training and Food Handler certification (or the ability to complete them within 6 months) is necessary. Must be able to perform side work tasks, lift up to 50 pounds, and work at a fast pace with a neat appearance.
