Job Mission

Responsible for the operation of industrial equipment in the process area across more than two sub-areas, aiming to deliver the planned production volume, following all operational procedures, ensuring safety and quality requirements, with the lowest cost and avoiding waste.

Comply with and enforce legal and regulatory provisions on occupational safety and health.

Comply with life-saving rules.

Use personal protective equipment provided by the employer.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute equipment operation from the receipt of raw materials and productive inputs to the release of the product for bottling, as well as cleaning operations on equipment (CIP – Cleaning and Sanitization) to ensure production volumes are met within the standards of safety, quality, and established management systems.
  • Ensure the generation of relevant results for their operation through entries in records and computerized systems (SAP, Qualass, etc.) to support leadership in decision-making.
  • Ensure quality at all production stages through visual/organoleptic, physical-chemical analyses within their scope of work.
  • Contribute to the proper functioning of equipment through service request submissions and execution of minor maintenance.
  • Contribute to area governance through participation in meetings and shift exchanges.
  • Contribute to the improvement of their workplace through participation in TPM teams.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in their work environment.
  • Perform minor maintenance and improvements in the area.
  • Assist the industrial analyst with administrative controls by filling out production controls, records, and computerized systems to ensure control of inventories, costs, consumption, and productivity. Operate the area's forklift, provided they are properly trained, for the supply and handling of process area inputs.

Academic Background

  • High School Diploma.
  • Technical degree in: Industrial Automation, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electro-electronics, Electromechanics, and Electrical.

Requirements

  • Full availability for shifts.
  • Desirable knowledge in reading equipment manuals.
