The Opportunity
Are you ready to take the helm of one of our beer brands and make your mark in the dynamic world of beers? We have an opportunity for a passionate and creative Brand Manager to drive growth, innovation, and engagement. This is your chance to blend strategic thinking with bold ideas, shaping campaigns that resonate with consumers and elevate brand presence in a competitive market.
The Role
Our Brand Managers are the driving force behind our success, combining sharp consumer insight, commercial acumen, and exceptional relationship-building skills to create impactful marketing campaigns. They play a key role in shaping brand and customer business strategies, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver results that not only meet but exceed expectations.
Some Of The Role’s Responsibilities Include
- Strategic Thinking / Analysis and Insight: Utilize reports by interpreting consumer and customer data to make recommendations for actions to enhance performance.
- Brand Execution: Drive brand and customer strategy by analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and executing initiatives across product innovation, distribution, and pricing. Play a key role in shaping integrated communications strategies, leveraging consumer insights and collaborating with the wider brand team to deliver impactful and consistent campaigns across ATL and BTL channels. Drive commercial success by aligning with channel partners, designing strategic business plans, and recommending budgets to maximize ROI and achieve annual growth targets.
- Cross Functional Working: Work closely with local partners and key stakeholders to align, monitor and evaluate marketing activities, whilst regularly liaising with our global teams to align, influence and co-create marketing activities.
- Agency Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies to ensure delivery of agreed campaigns, ensuring budget and time specifications.
The Candidate
We’re looking for an individual with a minimum of 4 years experience working on large-scale brands where a high level of pace and agility is required. With a big brand comes a big budget and ambitious targets, so we’re looking for someone who can flex and multitask in order to deliver best-in-class consumer experiences.
A large part of the role will involve large, multi-stakeholder projects across HEINEKEN, customers and agencies, so cross-functional project management experience is a must.
Some Other Experience You May Have
- Good understanding of principles and practices behind marketing methods and strategies.
- Ability to undertake value-adding marketing analysis.
- Detailed knowledge of corporate standards relating to own area of work.
We embrace learning and growth, and there is scope to develop in this role. You are also likely to bring experiences that enhance this role that are not listed above, therefore not every box needs to be ticked when it comes to experience or skill sets.
Work Arrangement
We currently operate a hybrid working framework which allows us to capture the benefits of both working in the office and at home. For full-time roles, we work a minimum of 3 days in the office, with Tuesdays and Thursdays being mandatory, and the third day being defined by the colleague.
Our Benefits
- Annual bonus
- Company-funded Private Medical Healthcare
- Double-matched pension (up to 10%)
- 35 days holiday
- A monthly case of our delicious ciders and beers!
- Comprehensive development opportunities.
You’ll also get the opportunity to get involved with one of our colleague networks where groups of colleagues from all over the business work together to ensure we’re always working towards being a diverse and inclusive company.
